I bought the large play mat be used my floor is white tiles .. nowhere for grandchildren and their friends to play in comfort . This mat is amazing !! So thick and cushioned the children is play there for hours ..with blocks , legos , drawing or whatever . Easy to wipe clean and put away too . Just a simple answer for a bigger problem . If they were not comfortable they would be up and down and looking for something else to do .. they love it and are quite happy to lie down , or sit whatever with plenty of room for about 5 small children . As a first-time grandmother, I purchased the play mat to have at my home so that when my granddaughter visits she has a place to play.
