Harlow & Co TPU soft padded play mats are made from PU (Polyurethane) which is safe, non-toxic, soft, durable and free from nasty chemicals including PVC, BPA, formaldehyde, phthalates and heavy metals.
All play mats have been independently tested and are compliant with International Toy Standards EN7I along with AS/NZS ISO 8124 (1/2/3).
Due to the nature of the soft TPU foam, once unrolled for the first time, the play mats will have creases and slight curling on the ends which will settle after a few weeks once the play mat has been kept flat and is in use. PLAY MAT COLOUR
Due to the nature of the non-toxic TPU eco-friendly material which has NOT been treated with harsh chemicals, some discolouration may occur over time, particularly on lighter colours and this is not a fault. Please also refer to our product care guide for important cleaning advice.
Please also note that our team do our best to ensure all our imagery accurately matches our product colours, however there may be slight variations due to a number of factors including diverse lighting conditions in environments, and display colours across different phones & computer monitors.

+ Step 1: Join two outer legs together at the top, ensuring that the Harlow & Co branding is facing outward. Place one of the screws through the hole starting from the outer side and push into one end of the middle bar (with the 3 grooves).
+ Step 2: Use the allen key supplied to turn the screw until it’s reasonably tight (however you will completely tighten at the end).
+ Step 3: Feed the 3 beaded hanging toys onto the opposite open end of the middle bar (with the 3 grooves). They can be placed in any order and then set into place within the grooves once the play gym set up is complete.
+ Step 4: Repeating step 1 above, join the remaining two outer legs together at the top, enduring that the larger hole facing outwards. Place the remaining screw through the hole from the outer side and push into the other end of the middle bar (with the 3 grooves).
+ Step 5: Use the allen key to tighten both ends into place.
Don’t forget to keep your canvas carry bag and allen key (safely away from little hands), so your play gym can be disassembled at any stage for travel/storage.

Pre-orders are available for any products that may be out of stock at the time of purchase and will go live on our website at certain times. Pre-ordering one of our products ensures you won’t miss out once they arrive in the next shipment, particularly as many of our popular designs tend to sellout quickly!
All pre-orders are paid in full, with an approximate ETA provided by our team and delivery arranged once the shipment has been received.
Please note that due to the nature of international shipping, delays may occur to our pre-order shipments. Our team will keep you updated on any expected delays, however please keep this in mind for any time-sensitive orders.
If you have placed an order for multiple products that includes a pre-order, all items ordered will be shipped together once the pre-order is available. If you require an in stock product sooner than the pre-order product, we recommend placing separate orders for split shipments which will incur separate delivery fees.
You can cancel your pre-order prior to dispatch of the parcel from our warehouse and a $10 processing fee will apply. If the item was purchased on sale, a refund will not apply, the item can be exchanged for a gift voucher.
If the parcel has already been shipped then you will be required to cover the costs incurred including return shipping the processing fee. Please see our returns policy for more information.
