• Remove all outer packaging and keep away from little ones
• Linen is extremely durable and regularly washing your linen play mats will make them softer over time.  Wash either via hand or machine using a gentle cycle in cold water with a mild detergent (no bleach or brighteners).  
• Avoid soaking for long periods and using high temperatures which can cause the linen to shrink. 
• Avoid dry cleaning due to heavy chemicals used. 
• Line dry, air dry or tumble-dry on very low heat.  When tumble-drying, remove from the dryer while damp and lay linen flat to finish drying for best results. 
• Avoid drying in direct sunlight which can cause discolouration to the linen
• Ensure linen is completely dry before storing away to avoid mildew
• Wrinkles can be ironed with a cool/low heat iron

We allow a return & exchange for change of mind on all unopened & unused products within 14 days of receiving your order provided it meets the following criteria:  

• To ensure ongoing quality of our products, all items must be in the original packaging, unopened and unused (no rips or tears to the packaging including outer carton, inner plastic and product wrap). Unfortunately if it has been opened and/or the packaging has been cut and the play mat removed from the packaging/unrolled, we cannot accept an exchange as it cannot be re-stocked and re-sold.
• The buyer is responsible for organising the return delivery and delivery costs back to us. We encourage you to use a  service that allows you to safely track your parcel
• You must contact us to initiate a return first within 14 days or receiving your order, and the item must be booked on a return courier to us within 7 days and a tracking number provided.
• Once the product has been received and reviewed by us, we can provide either:

1. Gift voucher to the value of the product (less original shipping costs and a $10 re-stocking fee) 
2. Exchange which will incur the cost difference between the products, return shipping costs, a $10 admin/handling fee, and the NEW shipping costs which will be dependent on whether your item now falls within a flat rate or calculated rate as per our website.  Refer to our delivery section for more.

Returns & exchanges cannot be provided for:  

• Products/orders not returned to us within the specified time above.
• Sale products
• Courier delivery delays that are beyond our control
• Once you place the order and have not received delivery of the product. We may be able to replace the product with  another design (of the same size and cost) if the parcel has not already been processed for delivery. If we have already printed/manifested your courier label, you will be charged for delivery as it cannot be reversed.
• International sales outside of Australia
